P.E lesson from the Youth Sport Trust- Battleships (throwing/sending)

Here are some P.E lesson ideas to try out at home for KS1. Remember these videos are different to the fitness videos. They get the children working on the core P.E skills. The children can extend these videos with their own ideas or complete two per P.E session. They need to try and complete these on their dedicated P.E days.
