In partnership with the Daily Telegraph's Keep Kids Active campaign, Loughborough College is launching free online PE sessions to support children's health during the lockdown.Laura Steele, one of our PE lecturers, has put together five FREE online PE sessions aimed at children which can be done in any home, without the need for equipment or parental supervision. Each lesson includes 30 minutes of input from Laura followed by a 30-minute challenge for children to try at home.
